CONDITIONS OF OUR 30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE ARE AS FOLLOWS:

  • Because the BilgeWizardTM ventilator prevents mold, mildew, and dangerous fuel vapor build-up by increasing natural ventilation, it will not remove existing mold or mildew, etc. Your boat must initially be cleaned with all mold or mildew, etc. removed.
  • If the original packaging is damaged or not included with the returned BilgeWizardTM ventilator, a repackaging fee will be deducted from the refund.
  • No return will be accepted without a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Please call toll-free 866-639-5972 to arrange for UPS or FedEx returns. Product must be accompanied with a copy of original receipt. DO NOT RETURN UNIT TO THE DEALER FROM WHOM YOU PURCHASED. The unit must be returned in the original packaging, in serviceable condition, and not damaged. Purchaser pays shipping costs to return product.
